Animal Toy and Treat Drive Mississippi Mills Library – Adoption Event in support of LAWS

Saturday, August 10th from 10:00 to Noon on front lawn of the Almonte Branch near the Almonte Farmers Market.

During the month of July, you were invited to donate an animal toy or treat for the homeless animals at the Lanark Animal Welfare Society. As a result we filled our drop-off container with your donations to the top!

On Saturday, August the 10th volunteers from LAWS are coming to the library to pick up your donations and they are bringing some little furry ones that are in need of adoption. They will also have information about what LAWS is up to lately, what animals are available for adoption at the moment, and what you need to do to adopt one. (The presence of kittens and dogs will depend on the weather)

We will also accept more donations for the animals. See you here!
