Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Mississippi Mills Public Library (FMMPL) is a fundraising group that works to support and promote the services of the Mississippi Mills Public Library. Run by dedicated volunteers, FMMPL helps the Mississippi Mills Public Library meet its goal of creating a strong library community in Mississippi Mills.

Anyone is welcome to join FMMPL through annual membership ($10/person or $25/corporate membership) or as part of their growing volunteer team. FMMPL is always looking for new, enthusiastic friends to help support their fundraising efforts. Volunteering with FMMPL is also an excellent way for secondary students to complete the 40 hours of community involvement required to graduate in Ontario.
