BRINGING UP BABY is a 1938 American screwball comedy film starring Katherine Hepburn and Cary Grant and released by RKO Pictures. A flop at the time of its original release it has gone on to receive acclaim from both critics and audience for its zany antics and pratfalls, absurd situations and misunderstandings, perfect sense of comic timing, completely screwball cast, series of lunatic and hare-brained misadventures, disasters, light-hearted surprises and romantic comedy. It is considered one of the most quintessential screwball comedies of all times.  A perfect film to get us through the month of February.

FANTASTIC MR. FOX is another wonderful film from director Wes Anderson.  After 12 years of bucolic bliss, Mr. Fox, George Clooney, breaks a promise to his wife, Meryl Streep, and raids the farms of he human neighbours, Boggis, Bunce and Bean.  Giving in to his animal instincts endangers not only his marriage but also the lives of his family and their animal friends.  When the farmers force Mr. Fox and company deep underground, he has to resort to his natural craftiness to rise above the opposition.
